The glaciers in the alps have lost more than half their volume since this map was drawn in the
1930's.
The Glorious Glacier Ride is an initiative of Cycling 4 Climate. A not for profit but for impact foundation from The Netherlands. C4C aims to become the biggest sustainable cycling movement in Europe and organizes rides in 11 regions throughout the continent. It is fully run by volunteers and is an official partner of the EU Climate Pact.
