Glorious Glacier Ride

A 1.500 km cycling trip from Munich to Monaco, passing the massive glaciers of the Alps and crossing its most spectacular cols.
A cycling adventure to enjoy the beauty of the mountains and face the harsh reality of climate change, while raising money to support CO2 removal projects.

Why

Glaciers are essential to life on Earth. Billions of people depend on them for water and food.

However, glaciers are retreating at an alarming rate due to climate change. This threatens ecosystems, water resources, and human communities. Melting glaciers contribute significantly to sea-level rise, posing risks to coastal communities and causing saltwater intrusion into freshwater supplies.

The Glorious Glacier Ride is initiated to show the bitter reality of climate change, but more important: to ignite action to do something about it.

This is where you come in! You can support the riders by ordering one or more of the limited edition postcards. They postcard will be send from the location with a personal note.

While the riders sweat, you remove CO₂ from the atmosphere. The revenue is used to fund Carbon Dioxide Removal projects, that increases local income, improves soil quality and enables climate finance: a Triple Win.
